Nike Track and Field Camp at Lake Forest Academy - (June 21–25, 2027)

Experience the pinnacle of elite running at our Nike Track & Field Camp at Lake Forest Academy! This camp gives Elementary, Middle, and High School sprinters, jumpers and hurdlers an elite training experience. Camp is led by Lake Forest Academy's own Track & Field Coach, Ted Golota and rounded out with best-in-class staff including veteran high school coaches, previous track & field national qualifiers, and previous track & field national record breakers. Campers will engage in high-intensity, low-volume drills in order to maximize athlete power and speed performance development. Each camper will be provided with detailed feedback during drills to ensure that athletes develop proper running form in order to truly reach their potential. This Nike Track and Field Camp will offer: speed development and sprint mechanics, hurdle technique, jump rhythm, mobility and flexibility, and plyometrics training, pre-race warm-up strategy and injury prevention. 🌊POOL DAYS 🌊 Campers will have the opportunity to swim at the indoor pool on the Lake Forest Academy campus.
