USSC says it does not offer scholarships for basketball camps due to NCAA regulations.

Day-camp cancellation

Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in to receive a voucher for tuition paid. The voucher is valid through the following calendar year and transferable to an immediate family member. Within 24 hours, voluntary cancellations and no-shows receive no voucher or refund; documented family emergencies, illness or injury may be considered.

Cash refunds

Only with purchased Cancellation Protection and before the final payment date.

Transportation

USSC does not provide transportation to or from camp.

The provider says parents or guardians must complete health and release forms before camp; the camp information packet is delivered after registration.

Weather cancellation

If weather cancels a day or shortens camp hours, USSC will try to provide make-up time. If make-up time is not possible, there is no refund for the first cancelled day or shortened hours. Additional full days cancelled without rescheduling receive a prorated camp-credit voucher.

Attendance and health

Parents/guardians must complete required health and release forms before camp. Campers are expected to participate and stay with their group; leaving early requires the Camp Director’s permission. The provider does not refund missed participation.
