Hood County Volleyball- 8U-Coed

The 8U Volleyball division introduces players to the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes will learn basic skills such as serving, passing, setting, and teamwork while becoming familiar with game play and court movement. Ball Size: Volley Lite / Youth Volleyball Games: Saturdays, primarily 8:30 AM?1:00 PM Practices: 1 per week Coaches: Volunteer coaches supported by YMCA staff What to Bring: Athletic shorts, athletic shoes, knee pads, and a water bottle. This level focuses on building confidence, developing basic volleyball skills, and encouraging teamwork in a positive and supportive setting.
